I grew up in the Middle East, but from a very young age I was drawn to ideas, books, and stories from all over the world. I studied mathematics in high school, fascinated by how logic and probability could explain patterns in life. That curiosity led me to industrial engineering and later to a master’s degree in socio-economic systems engineering—an interdisciplinary field that connected human behavior, systems thinking, and data. Getting accepted into the University of Tehran, one of the best universities in the world, was an important milestone and felt like the first real step toward the international path I always wanted.

During my master’s program, I started a small side project with one of my closest friends. We wanted to build something online, something that reached beyond borders. That project became my introduction to digital marketing. I still remember the deep dives: reading HubSpot late at night, learning from Marcus Sheridan’s trust-first philosophy, getting lost in Mitch Joel’s Six Pixels of Separation, exploring Tim Ferriss’s experiments, and following Niche Pursuits and Search Engine Journal like daily rituals. These weren’t just resources—they shaped how I think, communicate, and approach users and products.

Over time, digital marketing became a bridge between my analytical side and my interest in people—why they choose, what they value, and how they behave online. My love for psychology and data blended naturally into the work I do today.

Outside of work, I read widely—especially psychology, philosophy, and modern literature. Over the past decade, I’ve read more than 220 books and watched hundreds of films, and many of them have shaped how I understand people, culture, and human behavior. I’ve listed just a small selection of the books, films, music, and podcasts that have inspired me the most.

Today, my path is still guided by that early curiosity—the mix of systems thinking, user psychology, and storytelling that first drew me into marketing. Through both my work and my personal interests, I’m always looking for ways to understand people more deeply and build products and experiences that genuinely matter to them.
